Our team is led by a professional translator with 17 years' of experience. These include five years as Head of the Translation Department of a London-based Interpreting & Translation Agency, managing various contracts with UK Government departments.

All translation assignments pass through a rigorous process designed to ensure high and consistent quality standards. A Project Manager is assigned to each job, and maintains contact with the client throughout the translation project. The Project Manager refers the file to the translator who, once translated, passes it to a second linguist. This person proofreads to ensure linguistic, technical and readability accuracy, and edits if appropriate. We require the use of Track Changes for proof reading. The reviewed text then undergoes a further spot check for Quality Assurance.
